Our journey began two decades ago when we started as an affiliate company of CDC JSC, a prominent consulting firm under the Ministry of Construction. With a vision to soar as a leader in providing construction design services to international markets, particularly the U.S., we believed in leveraging advantages such as cost-effective labor, skilled expertise, and the ability to adapt and utilize applications suitable for American companies.

Our strategic advantages, including skilled labor, proficiency in utilizing applications tailored to U.S. companies, and time zone differentials, positioned us to efficiently support American clients, accelerating project timelines.
